For the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across marketing, partnerships and communications in industries like travel, loyalty, publishing and professional services. My career has taken me through roles that involved supporting global brands, regional teams and large partner & client networks, often across multiple time zones and very different ways of working.
What’s been consistent throughout all of it is the type of work I naturally gravitated towards: bringing clarity to busy environments, keeping communication flowing, and helping complex projects feel more manageable.
My background blends partnership marketing, content delivery, customer communications, campaign planning and programme coordination. I’ve supported global travel brands with their partner communications, helped deliver award programmes involving multiple countries, shaped B2B and B2C messaging, and worked closely with commercial, product, marketing and operations teams to keep everyone aligned.
Those experiences have shaped the way I work today, structured, steady and collaborative, with a calm approach even when things get busy. I’m someone who enjoys taking information that feels scattered or overwhelming and organising it into something clearer: plans, timelines, templates, messaging, workflows or simple processes that make life easier for the people around me.
Whether it was coordinating a multi-step programme, supporting internal teams through a busy launch, simplifying a complex announcement, or helping organise content across regions, I’ve always found myself in roles where thoughtful, practical support makes a difference.

Global Partnership Marketing Manager, London
As a Global Partnership Marketing Manager for a major travel and loyalty brand, I led high-profile role leading strategic marketing activies for some of the world’s most recognised partners, including leading airlines and lounge networks. I acted as the day-to-day account and marketing lead, combining partnership management, strategic planning, communication development and global programme delivery.
I led and developed end-to-end partner marketing strategies, working closely with commercial and directly with external partners to align priorities, shape joint plans and strengthen partner engagement. I translated complex product, digital and operational updates into clear, actionable messaging, ensuring partners receive structured information and cohesive global marketing support.
I oversaw multi-channel partner marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional collaboration across creative, social, PR, digital and product teams, and ensuring consistent execution across global regions. I also led an awards programme, driving strategy, content, regional coordination and external presentations.
I improved a partner portal to streamline access to assets, training and operational updates, significantly improving efficiency and the overall partner experience. Using Salesforce, Tableau and internal performance data, I delivered insights, reporting dashboards and strategic recommendations for partner and commercial growth.
